NEW YORK MAGAZINE
Despite the onslaught of fictional films with graffiti as a central theme, director Benjamin Morgan made the one that actually counts. The plot is intriguing, the dialogue is on point, the acting is solid, the subject matter is portrayed in an authentic light and last but not least, the graffiti in the film is actually good.
VAPORS MAGAZINE
One of the best real life graffiti movies ever made.
JASE (legendary San Francisco graffiti writer)
Respect and love to Quality of Life. Finally there is a film that honors the writing culture. The filmmakers took on a bold challenge when they chose to explore our need to paint and express ourselves. QoL is a film about the inner and outer demons that plague us all, but the true success of QoL is that it is smart and beautiful enough to be a great film, not just "a graffiti movie". QoL compels us to consider life issues, existential and socio-political, without ever becoming pedantic or sentimental, and this to me is the measure of great art. Thank you for Quality of Life, a critical, timeless work of art that we can all be proud of.
ZEPHYR (legendary NYC graffiti writer)
A story that many of us have lived and ... the first film to get it this right.
